- Experience first. You've turned wrenches for a living. You diagnose, you don't guess, and you finish what you start.
- Team player. Small shop, no egos. Everyone talks to customers, everyone keeps the bays clean.
- Full-time. Monday to Friday plus Saturdays as needed. Steady work, steady hours.
- A plus, not required: ASE certifications, a Maryland State Inspector license, European or performance experience.
- Pay. Discussed after the application and working interview. It reflects what you can do.
